• Conduct site surveys for IoT device planning.
• Install and configure IoT sensors and gateways.
• Deploy and test Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.
• Monitor connected devices for performance and connectivity.
• Perform regular firmware updates and maintenance.
• Provide L1/L2 support to end-users for business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated support and troubleshooting.
• Create and reset accounts for HRMS and Farnek Buddy platforms.
