Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for an ICT Support Specialist to join their team in Alkmaar.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems and networks
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Document and maintain records of IT assets and configurations
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field

Minimum Requirements

• CompTIA ITF+, A+ Certification
• Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System
