The Medical Insurance Section (MIS) and the Secretariat of the United Nations Staff Mutual Insurance Society against Sickness and Accident (UNSMIS) in UNOG are responsible for the registration of members to the UNSMIS, the management of membership accounts including ASHI coverage, and the processing of the reimbursement of medical claims. It also provides administrative support to the Executive Committee of UNSMIS.

This is a position in UNOPS for supporting projects carried out for UNOG. The incumbent will be personnel of UNOPS under its full responsibility.

Role Purpose

Under the overall supervision of UNOPS Senior Programme Manager or an assigned person, the incumbent will work under the guidance of Chief, UNSMIS.
