Salary Scale

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required). Postgraduate qualification in Infrastructure Management, Cloud Architecture, or related discipline (preferred).

Relevant professional certifications such as:

ITIL v4 (Intermediate/Managing Professional) COBIT 2019 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect VMware VCP Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT operations and infrastructure management. At least 3–5 years in a management role. Demonstrated experience managing hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premises), networks, storage, and security platforms. Experience in vendor and contract management in compliance with PFMA requirements. Proven track record in disaster recovery planning and business continuity implementation.
