ICF Resources, LLC: IT Project Manager, Business Analyst – Reston, VA

DUTIES:

+ Support all aspects of the software development cycle including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools.
+ Work with stakeholders of IT systems to define system requirements and design approach.
+ Develop an understanding of client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to technology. Work with a team of senior technologists to deliver solutions for clients.
+ Support users through training and providing one-on-one technical assistance.
+ Troubleshoot issues within our proprietary software, Sightline Tracking/Vision DSM systems to ensure a good customer experience and accurate data collection and reporting.
+ Mentor fellow team members and participate in shadowing and knowledge shares to train new team members.
