Responsibilities: Implement simulation models of AI SoC or subsystem designs. Perform computer architecture performance simulation. Analyse experimental data and perform architecture explorations. Identify bottlenecks in design and provide feedback on micro-architecture. Propose chip architecture optimizations for chip performance, power, and area improvement. Cross-team collaborations to deliver high quality chip products. Validate the correctness of the AI chip designs. Qualification: Master's degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with computer architecture concepts, such as AI accelerators, CPUs, Network-on-Chip (NoC), and memory hierarchy. Proficiency in C/C++ programming. Experience with computer architecture simulation is preferred. Strong learning ability, with good communication and collaboration skills.
