Strong hands on experience with IBM Safer Payments (implementation, configuration, or support) in real time payment or fraud environments
Payments and transaction systems expertise, including real time data ingestion, message based architectures, and ISO style payment flows
Technical proficiency with integration technologies such as APIs, Kafka or messaging systems, relational/NoSQL databases, and Linux environments
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
Experience configuring fraud rules, risk models, thresholds, and workflows within IBM Safer Payments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift) and containerized deployments
