Responsibilities

IAM Ticket Processing: Perform manual fulfillment of access requests and incidents, ensuring timely and accurate execution in line with defined SLAs and security policies

User Support & Advisory: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on access requests, entitlement issues, and IAM-related processes

Access Provisioning & Changes: Execute direct access changes in various target systems (,granting, modifying, and revoking permissions) in accordance with approved requests and compliance requirements
