This is a key role within a production environment where we primarily make a range of dairy‑free products, including Sheese, Cathedral City products, and retailer own brands.

After the day of production, there is a requirement for methodical deep cleaning of the various lines and pieces of equipment used within the processes – before we can produce again the next day, it is important we ensure high levels of hygiene.
