Position Summary

We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of global clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Software Engineer to join our team. This role combines backend software development with 24‑7 production support across Level 1–3 functions. The successful candidate will monitor, diagnose, resolve production issues, develop backend services, and implement permanent fixes. The role requires strong AWS serverless experience, debugging ability, and Python backend development skills.

• Monitor system health using observability tools and respond to alerts in line with SLAs.
