In this position, you’ll efficiently manage assigned fleet collection queues while providing assistance to customers through payment extensions or restructures. Your responsibility includes analyzing risk associated with workout requests and working alongside collections teams to minimize delinquency. You will also ensure compliance with SAC & Credit Rules and lead continuous improvement initiatives for fleet reporting and collections processes.
