• Set direction for business development and solution replication.

• Use specialty expertise to expand and enhance existing opportunities, building the pipeline in ITOM and ADM.
• Maintain expertise in Application Delivery Management, AIOps, Private Cloud, Edge Computing, Data Center Management, Service & Config. Mgmt., and relevant IT budgets, objectives, metrics.
