Business Analyst Intern – Trade‑In Team

Back Market is a global marketplace for refurbished tech, aiming to reduce environmental impact. As part of the Trade‑In team, the Business Analyst Intern will support strategic analysis and day‑to‑day operations to improve circularity performance, operational excellence, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with data extraction, manipulation, analysis, modeling, and visualization needs. (80% business & data analysis)
• Help maintain, update, and improve circularity performance and operations tools, including reports, trackers, dashboards, alerting processes, and automated queries.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing circularity services performance in daily, weekly, and monthly cycles using KPIs.
• Contribute to challenging KPIs and tools, proposing improvements for tracking efficiency and accuracy.
