**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **HVAC/Duct Installers** for projects located in the **Crystal Lake, IL area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $35/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Install HVAC systems and ductwork
+ Read and interpret blueprints/mechanical drawings
+ Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal ductwork
+ Install registers, grilles, diffusers, and ventilation systems
+ Seal and insulate ducts for efficiency
+ Work with team to keep projects on schedule
+ Follow all codes and safety requirements
+ Maintain tools and clean job sites
+ Report any installation issues
