**Job Description**

This role provides hands-on facilities maintenance support with a strong focus on HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing work, and general mechanical repairs in a college and university setting. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and help ensure that campus facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably for students, staff, and visitors.
