What will you be doing?
The Industrial HVAC Technician Tech 3 will report into the Facility Maintenance Team. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, independence, and leadership in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
As an Industrial HVAC Technician you will serve as an independent HVAC site resource, capable of handling complex service calls while working alongside both in-house and external contractors in support of Facility Operations at SN.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced HVAC systems including:
Chillers/Boilers
DX Equipment (Package Units)
Building Management Systems (BMS) and Controls
Make-Up Air (MAU) Units
