**Job Summary**

The HVAC Specialist position willexercise business acumen and independent judgementto complete all critical refrigeration reactive, planned, and capital projects work orders from inception to completion and ensure the work orders are completed within scope, within budget, and on time. This includes and is not limited to providing real-time support for on-site technicians when necessary. The progress of the work orders should be communicated directly or indirectly through CMMS platform to the client or other stake holders
