**Job Title: Mobile Engineer (HVAC Service Technician)**

**Job Description**

The Mobile Engineer operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility equipment and building systems across multiple locations, with a strong focus on HVAC and general facilities maintenance. This role covers preventive and corrective maintenance for approximately 20–25 sites, ensuring that mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems perform reliably and meet applicable standards. The position requires strong technical expertise in HVAC and facility systems, the ability to work independently in the field, and readiness to respond to occasional overtime needs.
