Overview

The HVAC Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities


+ Install and commission a wide variety of HVAC equipment.

+ Perform maintenance of HVAC systems such as atmospheric boilers and water-cooled chillers.

+ Service energy recovery ventilators, hydronic AHUs & FCUs, and perform repairs.

+ Maintain clear communication with customers both on and off site.

+ Assist in inventory and tool procurement for service vehicles.

+ Promote and adhere to all safety procedures and policies of the company.
