Job Description






Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Repairs and maintains air handlers, exhaust and supply fans and their appurtenant equipment
+ Troubleshoots repairs and maintains refrigeration equipment and systems
+ Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
+ Installs, connects and adjusts thermostats, humidistat and timers



Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assembles, positions and mounts heating or cooling equipment following blueprints
+ Assists with preventative maintenance records and log books
