Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires a high school diploma and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
  • Full-time experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC units and related equipment in a large apartment or residence hall setting.
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Recovery Type 2 certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of an appropriate vocational/technical training program.

    • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to think strategically and approach challenges with creativity.
