**Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer (Lead)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on leading residential HVAC installation projects for home remodels, including furnaces, air conditioning units, ductwork, thermostats, compressors, mini-splits, and heat pumps. You will oversee installations from start to finish, provide on-site customer service, and mentor a helper or apprentice while representing the company professionally at customer homes. You will drive a company vehicle to job sites, with the option to take the vehicle home.
