About The Role

As the Commercial HVAC Installation Team Leader , you’ll take charge of day‑to‑day on‑site operations , leading a team of 3-6 installers on commercial HVAC projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance technical installation work with team supervision, job coordination, and quality control. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard - while supporting and developing your crew.

On a Daily Basis, You Will

• Lead and coordinate a team of 3-6 HVAC installers on commercial projects
• Oversee and participate in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipework, and associated mechanical works
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality
