Responsibilities:

• Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Systems.
• To immediately attend, rectify, and escape any breakdown or failure of the system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
• To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
• To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections for facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical/mechanical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors when required.
• Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with site safety requirements and procedures.
