Description of Position

Plans
and coordinates the recruitment and employment activities, and assists in the
administration of the classification and compensation program of the Health
System and its subsidiaries in compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and
Health System policies and procedures. Screens and processes employment
applications and maintains records/statistics related to recruitment and
employment activities. Maintains and updates the Health System’s salary
schedules and master job description files.
