Job Description

At Ogilvy, we are seeking for an internship within the Human Resources department of our agency. If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity.


What You’ll Do

  • Supporting company recruitment processes.

  • Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program.

  • Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent.

  • Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes).

  • Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding.

  • Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles.
