HR generalist will assist in a broad spectrum of HR works to contribute to business success including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, culture building and talent management.

• Assists in recruitment effort in order to meet resource needs of the business in accordance with the competency and qualification standards
• Assist in employee’s onboarding and transition into the organization.
• Assist in driving a robust Performance Management process including performance appraisal, coaching, feedback and performance improvement plan.
• Generates regular reports such as on resource management, organization structure and list and others.
• Provides support in Employee Survey, Exit Interview and other employee relations activities;
• Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations.
• Any other HR projects as needed. ...
