The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources (HR) staffing specialist, responsible for providing recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office. Responsibilities Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides staffing advisory services based on the serviced organization's local, regional, or national staffing priorities and takes proactive measures to anticipate management's needs. Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program. Exercises knowledge and skill in applying HR methods, principles and evaluative methods / sufficient to advise on and/or resolve moderately complex problems.
