Providing management with the widest range of flexibility for providing comprehensive staffing and placement services,- -utilizing innovative methods in locating qualified applicants to complete position fill actions for Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific/Technical (ST). Determining applicable precedents, laws, or regulations, identifying the most effective approaches, and validating the correctness and propriety of the actions taken.
