Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is currently seeking an Human Resources Specialistto join their team on a 12 -month contract . This role follows a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days onsite and two working remotely each week at their Mississauga office

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all employee data in Success Factors with accuracy, including new hires, terminations, status changes, compensation updates, and reporting structure changes.
• Support Payroll Data input by working with internal People & Culture Team to ensure all changes are captured and communicated to Payroll
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps; consolidate employee information from scattered sources into Success Factors as the single source of truth. Onboarding and Offboarding
