Summary This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity, Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service. The incumbent may be responsible for providing complex human resources management advisory and technical services on an ongoing basis to managers and component representatives proposing solutions to Department of Defense human resources issues. Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist (Compensation) at the GS-0201-7 some of your typical work assignments may include: Performing data collection tasks on assigned full-scale, wage change, overseas educators and other special surveys, as required, using established operating procedures and special instructions accompanying the assignment.
