Are you passionate about delivering exceptional Human Resources (HR) processes and programs? Join STEMCELL Technologies as a Human Resources Operation Associate! In this role, you will work in a collaborative and accuracy-driven HR Operations team to support STEMCELL’s goals and objectives. You will help contribute to the overall functioning of our HR department, supporting the hire‑to‑retire employee lifecycle including onboarding, job changes, personnel records management, reporting, recruitment, and other general HR operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews all new hire paperwork, completes employment verifications, and administers Right to Work programs (i.e. E‑verify)
• Assists with the administration of STEMCELL’s global benefit programs (enrollments, changes, cancellations, billing), including health, pension, absence, and insurance plans
