Job Role:
The HR officer is responsible for managing some human resource functions within a construction company, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
He/She should have a solid understanding of the construction sector's MOM laws and regulations, as well as the knowledge to use the online work pass applications (WPOL & EPOL) and related matters.
He/She provides administrative support to the F&A team, HQ & projects team and subsidiary companies.
Job Descriptions:
Recruitment Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, liaising with employment agencies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Able to offer negotiations and conduct onboarding and induction programs with new hires. Documentation of new hires' information, such as crafting letters of offer, creating personal files, onboarding checklist forms and any related forms.
