Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws (including wage-and-hour laws, meal/rest breaks, pay transparency, and leave laws).
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes; proactively update policies, procedures, and practices.
