Human Resources Manager, Southeast Asia

The Human Resources Manager, Southeast Asia provides Tier 2 HR consultation and advisory support to leaders, managers and employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Based in Singapore, this role serves as the regional HR specialist for Southeast Asia, providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, local employment laws, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle matters, statutory requirements, policy interpretation, organizational health and employee engagement.

The role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant and timely HR support, while partnering with global Centres of Excellence and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of global and local HR policies.
