This role supports the newly established electricity meters manufacturing plant and serves as a key strategic partner to business leaders, connecting the local factory with the overseas HQ to shape the company’s people strategy and support growth from its early stages.

Key Responsibilities

• General HR Operations & Advisory: Provide expert HR support across all levels of management; guide and advise on labour legislation and HR best practices; maintain effective HR administration and documentation.
• Policies, Compliance & Governance: Draft and implement HR policies and procedures; identify compliance risks and recommend policy improvements; ensure adherence to labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act, etc.).
