  • Manage the whole recruitment function as well as identify the manpower needs and perform the selection process.
  • Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, formulating and executing HR polices and guidelines in accordance with internal regulations and ensure the compliance of Employment Ordinance.
  • Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome/feedback from markets.
  • Lead a team to perform day-to-day recruitment function as well as ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Requirement: :
  • Bacheor Degree in Human Resources or above in related discipline
