Job Description
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have comprehensive experience across all areas of the Human Resources function. Key responsibilities include benefits administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, employee and labor relations, colleague safety, and training/development. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and requires someone capable of independently managing the Human Resources office in the Director's absence.
This is a task force opportunity expected to last approximately 5 months, ideal for an individual who can quickly adapt, contribute immediately, and support the HR function during a period of transition or need.
