We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our components division, supporting approximately 400 hourly production employees and a small office staff at a single-site, multi-shift manufacturing operation . As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the senior HR presence on site, providing both strategic and operational leadership while shaping culture and driving talent initiatives in a dynamic, production-focused environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the division to build strong teams, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support continued business growth.
