Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, leave management and benefits administration
  • Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual budgeting, annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, benefits schemes review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities
  • Actively revamp & streamline HR policies & procedures to drive business efficiency
  • Compile HR related statistics and reports for management and relevant parties review
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational change and business requirements.

    • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant hands-on experience, preferably from Telecom / Retail industry
