• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews and drive closure of positions within timelines.
• Improve quality of hiring and reduce hiring turnaround time.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Draft HR letters, policies, warning letters, and employee communications.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.

Employee Engagement

• Conduct employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
• Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.

Performance Management
