Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative work such as drafting letters, memos, etc.
- Create, maintain, and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and claims, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
- Contribute to various HR projects and process improvements.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by the superior/ management
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply internship for up to 6 months
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
