Job Description
This is a remote position. Overview We're looking for a resourceful, proactive, and energetic HR Intern to join our team on a part-time or contract basis (ideally from May through August). Hours would range from 10 to 30 per week depending on workload. Currently the role is temporary for 3-months, but has the potential to grow in scope and hours over time and possibility to become permanent. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, where you will both learn and help support day-to-day HR operations across client engagements, with a strong emphasis on recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, labor law compliance, and employee relations. Preferred time zones: Mountain, Central or Pacific.
