We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a manufacturing operation through a long-term contract assignment. This onsite role blends hands-on payroll execution with day-to-day HR support, making it well suited for someone who is comfortable working across employee administration, benefits coordination, and process-driven people operations. The position requires someone who can manage sensitive information, maintain accuracy in a structured environment, and communicate effectively with employees, leaders, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end payroll activities for multiple employee groups, including biweekly and semi-monthly processing, validation, corrections, and final review for accuracy.
β’ Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records within Workday, ensuring data changes are entered correctly and deadlines are consistently met.
