Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support organizational performance through employee relations, talent management, and learning initiatives. This role focuses on managing complex employee relations matters, overseeing progressive discipline, administering ADA accommodations, and supporting leadership in driving performance, compliance, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities

+ Lead employee relations, including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns

+ Manage progressive discipline processes and advise on performance improvement and terminations

+ Ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, and employment laws; oversee accommodations and related processes

+ Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning
