Overview
The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for employee support, HR systems administration, onboarding, investigations, and compliance activities, while serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.
This position works closely with HR leadership and labor relations to ensure efficient HR service delivery and positive employee experience across a multi-shift workforce.
Responsibilities
Employee Support & HR Operations
+ Serve as the first point of contact during HR office hours to address employee inquiries (pay, transfers, policies, etc.)
+ Respond to general employee inquiries and Employee Central requests
+ Support engagement initiatives and employee action plans
+ Manage HR communications (e.g., employee notifications and outreach)
HR Systems & Administration
+ Maintain and process transactions in Workday...
