We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Howard County. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
+ Assist with employee relations matters and support conflict resolution efforts.
+ Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate HR records.
+ Coordinate performance review and employee development processes....
