An established agricultural company in San Marcos is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily human resources functions across a growing workforce. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Human Resources Support

+ Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration

+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

+ Assist employees and supervisors with HR-related questions and workplace concerns
