Mission
HR Administrator takes on a more advanced role with increased responsibilities in executing various aspects of human resources functions. The role responsible for supporting with autonomy the standard activitied of the HR processes, benefits administration, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Human Resources department.
Key Accountabilities
Employee Records Management:
Ensure meticulous maintenance and continual updating of employee records, guaranteeing adherence to legal and organisational standards. You will oversee the documentation process for employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, promotions, role changes, and terminations, ensuring impeccable accuracy and confidentiality.
