You will be required to support various HR processes.

• Oversee personnel matters including employment of outsource staff, resignation, confirmation and assignments
• Manage employee relations issues and provide advice to managers in adherence to the law and company policies
• Create or prepare dashboards, reports and analysis
• Involve in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business with 3 years of working experience
